What’s on: What to do in London this week?

Hire a boat in Finsbury Park:

This all ages service lets you hire out a boat to sample the glorious watery highlights that Finsbury Park has to offer.

Each boat can hold up to four people and will cost you a mere £8 between you.

Not to be missed.

Waterloo Food Festival:

The culinary festival taking place in Waterloo ends on Friday July 31.

The pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants of Waterloo have teamed up to stage a Food Festival that should not be missed.

To Kill a Mockingbird in the Theatre:

The most talked about book in recent times, Go set a Watchman, was released last week and with it a new study of the original Harper Lee book – To Kill a Mockingbird.

Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre’s production of the famous production comes to the Barbican Centre this week.

The production looks to explore the links between what happened in the book and if anything has changed in the time that has passed.

A must watch.
